professional via the PPSA Acredited Professional
Photographer program.

PPSA's Acreditation program will be recognized
throughout the industry as a mark of excellence. When you
see a photographer displaying the Acredited Professional
Photographer seal, you can be assured that he or she is
among the less than 3% of all imaging professionals who
have successfully completed and maintained our
requirements.

What does "Certified Professional Photographer" mean?
Acredited Professional Photographer (LPPSA) is a
designation granted by PPSA.

To assure you of the photographer's level of expertise and
continuance to develop new skills and techniques, those
who have earned the LPPSA/APPSA/FPPSA designation:
" Have passed a recognized photographic course proving
their technical expertise via a PPSA recognized
photographic college.
" or" Successfully submit their work to a panel of judges for
review and approval " After 2 years the photographer may
submit a portfolio of images for his/her Associateship
(APPSA)" Two years after the photographer attaining his or
her Associatship the may sumit a portfolio of specialized
work, and if successful be awarded his or her Fellowship
( FPPSA)
